Discreet Packaging

Our packages are sent out in plain packaging with no mention of the contents or notjustlingerie. If you have special requirements then please telephone us or email us and we will take care of it, usually at no extra charge. For example if you would like the parcel to be sent so as to arrive on a specific day, we will try our best, but we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail. We can also double package a delivery one box/bag inside another or make any arrangements you require.

Privacy Statement

At notjustlingerie we believe in plain English.

notjustlingerie will never pass any of your personal details onto any other company. If you opt in to allow us to email you our regular newsletter and occasional special offers then we will. We will never mail you with any other service or products other than those sold by notjustlingerie.

Returns Policy

Any faulty product may be returned to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.
